چکیده
Modeling of wind power plant (WPP) is a crucial issue in system studies. In this paper, new model WPP for steady state (i.e. load flow) studies proposed. Similar to the previous T-circuit based models, it also developed on equivalent induction generator. However, unlike mathematical formulation shorter and less complicated. Moreover, derivation present work much simpler. Only minimal operations are required process. Furthermore, rotor voltage value generator readily available as an output proposed model. This can be used basis calculate slip. Validity method tested representative 9-bus electrical installed with WPP. Comparative between (new model) other (previous presented

Power SystemAnalysis for Nonsinusoidal Steady State Studies Based onWavelets
In this paper power system model is represented in a new domain that relates to Multi-Resolution Analysis (MRA) space. By developing mathematical model of elements in this space using Galerkin method, a new alternative method for power system simulation in nonsinusoidal and periodic conditions is developed. The mathematical formulation and characteristics of new proposed space is expressed. Als...

متن کاملModel simplification and optimization of a passive wind turbine generator
In this paper, the design of a ‘‘low cost full passive structure’’ of wind turbine system without active electronic part (power and control) is investigated. The efficiency of such device can be obtained only if the design parameters are mutually adapted through an optimization design approach. For this purpose, sizing and simulating models are developed to characterize the behavior and the eff...
